Oliver's Milk

Oliver's Milk is part of the series Little Animals, Mean World - a picture book series for vegan, vegetarian and conscious kids igniting their curiosity about the animal use in various industries while encouraging kind ways to help. When Oliver is only a few days old, he and his mommy, Audrey, are immediately forced apart. Audrey is sent to the milking barn, where cows have to give up the milk intended for their babies to be sold to humans instead. Oliver, on the other hand, finds himself shoved into a small cage and learns that they plan on turning him into veal! There’s only one thing he can do: Escape and go on a mission to rescue his mommy. Oliver desperately needs her milk to stay alive. Will he find Audrey again? Where can they go to be together without fear of his milk being stolen or him ever becoming food?
