Ava Schmidt has one last score to settle-to bring to justice the men guilty of murdering the man who was her surrogate father when she ran away from home as a child. The men are corrupt Munich policemen and Ava believes that a quick death is not sufficient punishment. Agents Holdren and Denton discover that not only is terrorism a world-wide blight, it is also a global enterprise earning companies billions of dollars. One company always seems to be the first to market new anti-terrorist products, with the aid of CIA asset Artemis, they attempt to learn how this company has consistently produced the newest technology. Through the use of an FBI snooping program, the United States has learned the names and locations of the al Qaeda hierarchy. Action to eliminate the leaders is approved by the President. One member of the al Qaeda Supreme Council is actively training snipers in the Iraqi Desert and survives the Cruise missile attack. His son dies in the attack and he swears revenge against the Executive Branch of the U.S. government utilizing his greatest talent-the long distance shot. The Cucuta Drug Cartel has maneuvered its corrupted American politicians approaching their goal--the takeover of the Executive branch and the control of the United States drug policy. After the election, multiple assassinations will occur, using the line of succession to place their man in the Oval Office. They learn of the vendetta sworn by the al Qaeda sniper instructor and must dispatch someone to protect the President of the United States…until after the election.
