Al Qaeda plans another aerial assault on America hoping to cripple the economy, the government and terrorize the people of the United States. Can the FBI and the Counter Terrorism and Trafficking Force prevent it? CTTF agents Robert Denton and Andy Holdren must discover the plans and identify the perpetrators before the foundation of America is irreparably damaged. A Colombian super cartel has found members of the government whose greed exceeds their patriotism. They are positioning their accomplices to take control of several departments of the Executive Branch of the government, hoping to control the drug policy of the United States. A former terrorist, Ava Schmidt, seeking redemption for her previous acts has begun freeing captives of human traffickers. She discovers that an international trafficking ring is operated by and for the financial support of al Qaeda. This causes her to renew a previous friendship which results in her becoming an asset for the CIA. The President’s administration, basking in the glow of a very successful mid-term election is thrown into chaos when the two terrorist leaders responsible for the attack at the Lincoln Memorial escape from prison. The efforts to re-capture them and the continuing war against terrorism leads to a security breach which may force the United States to reassess its policy of refusing to negotiate with terrorists.
