Most Christians, on January 1st of each year, attempt to read through the Bible in a year. Most, too often, fail. Why? Well, in discussing this with other believers they get bogged down somewhere in Leviticus or Numbers. Some might even make it to 1st or 2nd Kings but get lost in the details of who begat who and which king ruled Israel or Judah. It is important that we know Scripture but have been taught that reading through the Bible from Genesis to Revelation each year is the best way. Is it? When most stop at the third or fourth book of the Bible? Scripture was not set up as a systematic book. The Truths of God’s Word, Who He is, What He requires, and what He has provided in His Son, Jesus Christ, is scattered like choice pearls on a field. What I have attempted to do in this work is to take those scattered pearls and string them together to create a beautiful strand of pearls.Join our Facebook
