The opportunities to create a chronology for the Atlantic Bronze Age are explored through the inclusion of the most datable discoveries of vessel fragments. A meticulous examination of wear tracks, as well as the evaluation of known associations of the find with meat-hooks and forks, are indicators to the use of the vessels. The important question of sacred or secular use is also considered. The numerous metal analysis studies show that the Atlantic boilers were embedded in the metal circulation of the Bronze Age. In the annexes, more metal vessels from the Late Bronze and Early Iron Ages from Britain, Ireland and the continent are presented. This volume presents a synopsis of important found artifacts from the Atlantic Bronze Age.
