Tiny Joe Lion wants to be taller. When bodybuilding doesn't work, he buys a pair of high-heeled, clumpy boots. But when Geoff Giraffe locks himself out and leaves the water in the bathtub running, only Joe Lion is small enough to fit through the window and save the day.
