Murder Unrecognised

Urbane sleuth Desmond Merrion appears to have little difficulty being on the spot when there is a mystery in the offing. On holiday with wife Mavis in the coastal town of Lattermouth, Merrion - this time without the assistance of other series regular Inspector Arnold - is embroiled in the deaths of two seemingly unconnected people, the grandson of the wealthy Sir Aylmer Hemmick and a reclusive local shepherd.
