Death Paints a Picture

An elderly painter is found dead at the foot of a cliff in a town on the English South coast. Details suggest murder and Arnold from Scotland Yard is called in. Not much later the dead man's brother, another painter, living withdrawn with servant and nurse, is poisoned.
