The screaming face of extinction is staring mankind in the eye. Only two days of life remain before earth is devastated by floods as a result of the conjunction of four heavenly bodies. It is decided that only top people can be permitted to escape. One of these is a test pilot, whose preoccupation with his work has torn him apart from his wife. Now he must decide whether his faded love for her or his animal need for her sister is more important to him. And then begins a night of screaming horror…
