From the binding of a 500 year old book, the Professor discovers the cover page of the Hoshiyan Chronicles by General Aharon Dori.The professor's posting of the discover on the internet is picked up by Vatican security and passed on to the Pope. He discovers in a secret vault an ancient papal order to destroy all copies of the Chronicles and anything written by Aharon Dori.The cover page leads the Professor and his team to southern Spain and an encounter with Basque terrorists. ,br>Excavating an ancient house of study, they discover the ,strong>horrors of the Spanish 46 bodies sealed up in half of the house of study, left to suffocate. Among the dead are a father and son clutching 8 books. The deputy Minister of Interior (in reality a Basque terrorist) arrests the professor and half his team and throw them into prison.
