Sheriff Trinity Rosewood is proud to lead, serve and protect in the small, predominantly African American town where she grew up. It is a town that rarely sees murders, yet; suddenly men that work at the same hospital as her upstairs tenant are dying mysteriously. To complicate matters, Trinity begins to suspect her tenant Desdemona Valentine whom she already despises as a possible suspect. Things get real when the murders hit home. As her professional life suffers, and the residents question her capabilities , everyone around her becomes a target for murder. Trinity's love life is uncertain as she is confused by her long-time friendship with prosecutor , Caleb Street. Will Sheriff Trinity Rosewood solve the deaths/suspected murders?
