Azure isn't looking for a partner, he's on a one person quest for revenge. His ability to manipulate energy and himself is all he needs. He has no time for innocent boys that attach themselves to him. Azure has one goal and he won't change for anyone. Ocher is doing his best to accept that he’ll be a soldier the rest of his life because he knows no matter how much he hates his life in the army, becoming a deserter would only get him killed. But when Azure shows up and has him framed for treason, running away becomes his best option. With no other choices, Ocher finds himself unwillingly caught up in Azure's plans and Azure reluctantly finds himself with a new expendable accomplice who tests every barrier he protects himself with. Together, they might change each other for the better or destroy everything that stands in their path.
