Hard Road is a fictional account of a young Executive Christian Stuart, who is facing the challenges of leadership and management for the first time. Christian’s Five Lessons provide a solid foundation for emerging Leaders in the hope that there will be fewer failures and more successes. Mark Bragg and Martin West have each had over three decades of Leadership experience. Their early knowledge came from their previous professions, Martin as a fighter pilot in Australia’s RAAF and Mark as a professional basketball coach in the National Basketball League. Over the past twenty years they have coached and mentored Leaders from a diverse range of industries and enterprises, from large multinationals to emerging technology companies and everything in between. The leaders have included senior executives and frontline leaders, some experienced and others leading for the first-time.
