War Cry

There is suffering that comes from hope, but because of hope, suffering can never defeat you. The winds blow across Ephanlarea, and the Great Tyrant’s poison works deep in the veins of men. In the human kingdoms of Chreos and Nefas, the Tyrant pulls the strings of the treacherous, and sets his machinations ever closer to war. Yet, hope finds its way to the foot of Gray Mountain in the form of a young woman named Annie, and the ancient map she carries with her. Now Evercloud searches with his companions for long-forgotten spirits, the Daughters of Earth and Sun, in hopes they can aide in the quest against the Great Tyrant. Each spirit holds her own piece of the greater puzzle, and they each lead Evercloud and his companions closer to the truth of the mysterious prophecy. Meanwhile, the most powerful of the Ancients, Densa, tries to accept the terrible things he has done in the past, and decide what kind of man he should become. When the Tyrant forces him to bend to his will or suffer the consequences, will Densa succumb to the darkness, or will he find within his heart a reason to fight for good and meet the Great Tyrant with a war cry?
