These stories cover infedility, suicide, chorus girls and the mundane and routine aspects of life in the 1920s, especially from a femminine perspective. Samter Winslow, a prolific author in the 1920s through 1950s, is relatively unknown now. Most of her books are out of print, but not out of copyright, and many of her short stories are locked away in period magazines, until now.
