Sourcing Holy Wisdom: Through Sermons and Meditations
Leigh Dean The knowledge each of us is given as beings born-with-a-soul into physical matter is at best limited. The sacred wisdom that comes from our ability to connect with the Source of all Creation is limitless. How can we make this connection? One way is through meditation. Another way is through the practice of an ordinary repetitive task. Belief in a transcendent energy is the vital key element in connecting to the Source of all Creation.
I have no idea how or why this connection to Source is such an integral part of my often rambunctious life, but it is. I’ve been in the classroom of Holy Wisdom—the feminine aspect of the male trinity—since birth.
Here are the titles of my “Recognizing God-Plans and God-Patterns, ” “The Divinity of the Circle,” and “Divine Energy & the Ego.” Each sermon is fleshed-out with oh-so human anecdotes from my own long life.
My twenty-year practice of T’ai Chi Chüan Wu Style and my ten-year practice of Chinese Soaring Crane Qigong have taught me much about myself and about the Divine power of Life-Force Energy.
My forty-years spent studying the consciousness-of-stones and observing the life-cycle of monolithic boulders has come entirely from the realm of Spirit.
The titles of some of my meditations A Luminous Moment (based on Shakespeare's "To Be or Not to Be"), The Presence of Angels (an account of an incident that took place at The Church of the Good Shepherd during the AIDS epidemic in New York City), In Praise of Feet, Meeting Your Personal Shadow and Silence. Each of my meditations is deeply rooted in the realm of Spirit.
May this book bring you comfort.
