The two Saskias are back from their adventures in Chicago in America. There is no time to rest, the Saskias need to be the SuperTwins almost at once to continue using their powers to help and protect others. Within a couple of weeks a trip to Russia is on the cards as they discover that somebody has plotted to kill Sir James Robinson, their boss, at a ball to be held in Moscow. It soon becomes clear that there is much more to this than they were originally told. It looks pretty much like a full-scale terrorist attack on the Kremlin Palace is about to happen. The Saskias, as the Twins, find themselves looped in time more than once to make sure nobody is killed or injured - there are six of them present for most of the evening as they go round and round, being attacked by soldiers, tanks and even men wearing powered exoskeleton suits.
