The Bog Body

When a bog body is unearthed in a sleepy Irish village, the media descend like a swarm of locusts on Ballyanny. Experts are called in but when they discover the body is too recent to be of archaeological significance, it immediately becomes a matter for the Gardaí. Two elderly residents of Ballyanny are more curious about the mysterious affair than most. Retired school mistress Una Murphy and her best friend Joan are avid fans of murder mystery novels, in particular those of Agatha Christie.
