Hamish, a rather large fat ginger cat has had his position of dominance seriously undermined with the arrival of dogs. With his amazing and rather human insights, he tells of a succession of other pets that have come and gone prior to the dog’s arrival. Throughout, whilst experiencing a few scary moments, he discovers two he’s not afraid of dogs and, more importantly he truly believes he can transfer his thoughts to his owners, he calls it Catinkin. We discover in the end this may well be the case.
