The Sullen Feather

In the imperial city of Tyrant, the City of Masks, rising star of Mirias Deil and rival to the capital, the seeds of rebellion have been sown. Soon, rebels called the Hounds will rise up through the streets, up from the dregs to free the people from tyranny. Or…so they would have you believe. In truth, they are a ragged and broken band, spending their time dealing with the city watch, rival gangs, spies, and traitors more than putting up a solid fight. But all of that is about to change. When a ship arrives in the city, the captain claiming to bear a map leading to an ancient treasure and weapon, the Hounds of Tyrant lunge at the chance. But acquiring the maps is the first step, and for that two rebels, Holeni and Kaita, are more than willing. Their mission? Rendezvous with the ship’s captain and acquire the maps. Next, it is a simple matter of meeting with the Hound called Quarn in a tavern called The Sullen Feather to deliver the information. But things rarely go simply for the Hounds, and spies have a way worming themselves into even the best planned rebellion.
