"Snugs The Snow Bear" is an illustrated middle grade children's book ideal for children aged 6 to 8 and over. Illustrated with fun, colorful drawings. It is set in Greenland, Iceland and The Isle of Wight, a sunshine island off the coast of Great Britain. Snugs is afloat on an iceberg. He amuses himself dancing on the ice with The Northern Lights that remind him of home. He soon feels homesick! A friendly ship's captain and a menagerie of animals rescue him, and they set sail for England, and beyond. James, Carla and Mrs. Merryweather fall in love Snugs, and invite him home to their lighthouse where he spends Christmas. They have such fun in a Winter Wonderland! The bear is on a mission, and he will always feel the call of the wild! Although Snugs is a very small bear, wherever he goes, he leaves a magical, lasting impression.
