Chris Tuck is a survivor of all forms of childhood abuse and neglect and grew up in a domestic violence household. As a result of the impact of the abuse she suffered on her mental and physical health, Chris retrained as a Health Coach and used her knowledge and experience to write a series of book to help others who are in pain and who want to break the cycle.
