Camden, London, 1994. A group of teenagers descend on London. New bands form, a scene emerges, relationships begin. But as time passes conflicts, secrets, lies and addictions all begin to threaten the teenagers' incestuous world. 1997 is approaching and the Britpop party is coming to an end, but just how many of the friends will survive?
