Vicki Rovere With more than 800 listings of Manhattan bathrooms open to the public, the "quirky" and "charming" Where to Go, now in its Second Edition, includes complete information on wheelchair accessibility, baby-changing facilities, drinking fountains and public telephones. Eight pages of maps are keyed to the listings. New features in this edition include eleven pages of "snippets" (toilet-related news items) and a short history of public toilets in New York City. There are also a handful of anecdotes (two new) and a song.
