Masters of Deception

The plans set in motion by the leaders of above and below have led them all to the final battle over the Earth. Ashton Salveya, the human harboring the soul of the Nether Donovon, has returned from the world of his nightmares to find Slate City and the people he left there much changed. The Champions look to Daius - the Upper who guided Ashton out of the depths of his own dark subconscious, Julian Edwards - the magician tortured by a past filled with blood and shadows, and new allies from the "Masks & Daggers" town of Runic to fight those that have threatened the free will of mankind in the war prophesied by the immortals.
