A collection of Essays describing life as a Catholic Chaplain in the British Army during the Second World War. Each chapter is written by a different Chaplain who goes on to describe what he did during some stage of the War. The book is focused more on Europe/the Med/the Middle East versus Burma/India. It does cover the war from the Start through V-E day.
