Deadly Lovers

Prussia is a young, resilient and honest Chancellor now that she has left her life as a cashier behind. Her life was going nowhere until she met Prince Sebastian, a daring, loyal man with an unshakable dedication to keeping the Queen of vampires, his own grandmother, safe. Prussia takes an instant disliking to Sebastian and the dangerous and efficient ways he learned during his years in in exile but an arranged marriage for her safety was the only course of action according to Queen Victoria. However, when Queen Patricia's right hand, Jasper, ends up dead because of Prussia the panic of war begins to set in throughout the court. When Prussia realizes she’s in grave danger, the Prince takes charge with a plan to get them both on their honeymoon while ensuring the safety of the Queen but Prussia has doubts. Prussia begins to see the real possibility of having a happy life, though unconventional but hears every tick of the clock as time to get to safety slips through her fingers. But, the pressures of Prince's responsibility of fortifying the castle as Captain of the Royal Guard for the Queen leaves him blind to Prussia's growing affections and the urgency of her fears. As the beating of war drums begin faintly in the distance, Prussia is overwhelmed at being the only one to hear the warning. As Sebastian fortifies the castle while whispering assurances of safety, Prussia takes up a plot to finally escape the castle instead of waiting around for Queen Patricia’s left hand to find her, even if that means leaving without the Prince. Finally, when deadly Assassin Josephine of the enemy court gets wind of Jasper’s death, Prince Sebastian has to act fast or risk losing Prussia into the abyss of dungeons and torture forever. Time is running out and the stakes are higher than ever. Will they escape the war? If they do, will they be hunted to the ends of the earth? Will Prussia and Sebastian ever find the passionate love they deserve? Or will standing in the shadow of Queen Victoria’s war, as revenge comes calling for Prussia, end in tragedy?
