Carol Weatherspoon and Wally Stutzgummer are back, and how. This time they're in Ottawa to represent Canada Woman magazine at a BMX conference. The dreaded Campbell twins are there too, along with an obnoxious BMX champion. And there's a real life Middle-Eastern prince who's fallen instantly in love with Carol. The twins, of course, are up to their usual dirty tricks, but this time there are genuine villains as well, and they're out to kidnap the prince in the time-honoured tradition of his country.
