Please Save Me

Being a cult leader was never the life I wanted. I was forced into it by a man who called himself my father. For years, I spewed Dale’s twisted gospel, doing anything he asked just to keep him away from me. But now that he’s back, I refuse to play along with his game. All I need is a little help from my least favorite Sebastian Castillo. He’s Maine’s leading homicide detective and resident thorn in my side. But with Dale’s influence looming in every shadow, I’m going to have to spend more time with Sebastian than I ever wanted to. The tension between us is suffocating, and as much as I hate to admit it, there’s something cathartic about the darkness that clings to him like a second skin. Trusting him feels like my only choice.
