Bog just wants to be left alone. He has lost everything he loves and cares about. But when a beautiful young woman with a mysterious past invades his solitude he is forced to join her in her search for her lost home. They have to travel through many dark and dangerous places while being chased by terrible enemies. On top of all that, the very land in which they travel is dying. They must find a way to save Terris and to retrieve the Dein Rosheah which has been taken to the unreachable Threshold.
