The author found evidence of "private enterprise" after the U.S. Army dug up the trove, involving shadowy figures, interwoven trails & contraditions -- a disturbing story "in that a number of the people concerned are still at large." He also covers human treasure with look at one of Himmler's "master race" sex camps for unmarried maidens (photo) & his SS troops, where children where taken from mothers & raised by state.
