There Bleeds the Light

In the light-soaked lands to the north, Amyrah Cantar experiences a reprieve from the Shrouded beasts that haunted her steps. But prejudice roams freely outside of the Vale, and her gift of light is resented even where people have never tasted living darkness. As the shadows begin to advance and the difference between dark and light become harder to distinguish, Amyrah must decide if she is willing to pursue the answers she craves to prevent the loss she never wants to experience again—risking her own heart in the process. Thrown into the fray by forces beyond her control, she questions if belonging to a different world means she must abandon the one that made her who she is.
