Wild horses are born to run. And with how much time she spends on the road photographing them, Jules Graham figures she was born to run too. Except she is starting to suspect she is doing more running from her family than running free. So, when her best friend calls her in a pinch, Jules is all too happy to settle in at Hayes Ranch for the summer and lend a hand. Riley Walker has spent the last year establishing himself as an irreplaceable member of the Hayes Ranch team, finding his footing after the injury that took him off the professional rodeo circuit, and trying to shake his feelings for the wild woman that blew into his life for one night before disappearing once again. And he is starting to feel successful, until the mysterious Jules strolls into his stables, of all the stables in all the towns, and announces that she is here for the summer—and plans to keep their night in Texas together a secret. But the more time they spend together, the more they both learn that a year did nothing to dull the heat between them. Will Jules admit that she is as head over spurs as Riley? Or will she leave him, and their wild foal, in the dust once again?
