In an Italian Renaissance-like setting, three young people must fight to save their world from the evil Lord Maldici whose sorcery daily grows stronger. Bloody sea battles, exotic creatures, fortified castles, enchanting meadows filled with wildflowers, elaborate balls...and above all, the strength and determination of the three to fight their own weaknesses and desires...form a brilliant tapestry of a magical world.
