"I thought yer lookin' for a lass to play wi' all o' ye," she clarified, looking back at Bear with wide eyes. Bear smiled again, and shook his head. "We've a roof in the mountains, but there arena any women there," he explained, rolling his eyes with a look of rueful suffering. "Some of us want a woman, but we can share, aye? We're brothers," he shrugged and looked around the table with an easy smile, as though splitting a woman was a very normal thing for five men to do.
