The Carbon Credit Crusader

An enterprising and homeless visionary stumbles onto a lucrative carbon credit/offset exchange business that climate change zealots support. He realizes it does nothing to reduce CO2 levels and yet, everyone feels good about it.He develops his own carbon credit exchange, and ends up in prison, prompting a political intervention.
