The Lost Stool

Brian Wade can't wait to get home on this hot summer afternoon. However, he wakes up in an emergency room oblivious to why anyone would bomb his apartment. He soon finds out he is in the middle of a worldwide search for the location of sacred artifacts that dates back over a century. At stake is the golden stool of the Ashanti people that possesses great powers. Wars have been fought over this amidst colonialism and slavery. The British are right in the middle, but is it the government or private individuals who either want to locate it or keep it buried? Brian is in a fix and must deal with an intricate web of deceit and powerful people including the Knights of Ashanti in order to locate the stool and artifacts. Time is running out, and he wonders if he will succeed or even live to see the end.
