Picture Them Dead

A woman disappears from her home. A neighbor says she saw a man leaving the house one night, carrying two bags, one large enough to hold a human body. The police find only a photograph, held in place on her dining room table by a knife. A few days later, someone starts out on a multi-state murder spree. Each time the murderer leaves a photograph behind, stuck to some surface by a knife. In each case the victim is one of the thirteen people in the photograph.
