Picturing America

"Picturing America brings masterpieces of American art into schools and libraries nationwide. It is a program of We the People, the flagship initiative of the National Endowment for the Humanities. As of September 2008, over 27,000 schools and libraries have received Picturing America sets, which consist of forty reproductions of great American works of art and a Teachers Resource Book, from which the main contents of this book are drawn."
