Private Eye Bob Roosevelt, still unable to find the love of his life, decides he will move to Phoenix and take up golf. What better way to find a lady who will love him. His Guardian Angel tells Roosevelt he is dumber than a rock and love is not all it is made out to be. Once again ignoring good advice Roosevelt ends up in Phoenix. But what does he find on his first day on the golf course? Not pars and birdies but a dead lady with a rope around her neck, cops so crooked they walk backwards, gangsters who like drinks with umbrellas in them, a bank robbery turned very very bad, and women who make Dracula look like a good guy. Laugh your way through another escapade of our off center world while trying to solve who did it. I bet you can't until the final page.
