A Duel In the Somme

When engineer Tom Zapopolis makes an awkward play for the beautiful project liaison Lorraine, he finds himself in direct competition with his own boss, Mr. Kelso. With love (and his job) on the line, Tom must face Kelso in a virtual dogfight, inside a simulator he is still trying to build! Co-written by Erfworld's Rob Balder and Hugo-winning SF legend Ben Bova, "A Duel in the Somme" is brought beautifully (and comedically) to life by the illustrations of comic-strip veteran Bill Holbrook.
