Who Helped Hitler?

Ivan Maisky, Soviet Ambassador to the United Kingdom from 1932 to 1943, defends the Soviet position in negotiations leading up to the Nazi-Soviet pact in 1939 outbreak of the Second World War. He blames the incorrigibility of Chamberlain and Daladier for the failure of a tripartite Anglo-Franco-Soviet agreement to counter Hitler.
