The Rattling Wall is a new literary journal, funded by PEN Center USA, featuring sophisticated short fiction, travel essays, and poetry. The talented poets and writers contributing to this issue include writer and media icon Henry Rollins; Pulitzer Prize-winning poet Yusef Komunyakaa; poet and New Yorker staff writer Dana Goodyear, and author Christian Lander (Stuff White People Like). The featured artist for Issue 2 is Los Angeles artist Lyndsey Lesh. Core to the design of the journal is the idea that a single visual artist creates the entirety of the artwork featured in each issue, creating a sense of unity throughout the book as well as an aspect of collectibility as successive issues are released. New issues of The Rattling Wall will be released twice a year.
