Serry and Me, Kindertransport and Beyond

IN June 1939 eight year old Elfie was woken by the muffled sobs of her parents, about to be smuggled out of Germany. The bewildered little girl and her sister, Serry, were soon to leave without them on the Kindertransport. It would be eight years before they would meet again. This is a moving and well written account of one child and her life's journey.
