They didn't see eye to eye on anything! Hilary's trouble was too much honesty; the Conde Romualdo de Pacquero y Zaredopenas's problem was too much heart-shaking, arrogant charm. Hilary found this out to her cost when she became companion to his young niece, Juanita, in Lima, Peru.
