Blue Mesa Review, Number 14

Blue Mesa Issue 14 features a dozen new stories, including work by Paula Nangle, Michelle Brooks, and UNM alumni Jose Skinner. In an interview, Skinner discusses his recently released collection, Flight and Other Stories , and talks candidly about politics, life, and the doubt that he claims "makes fiction interesting." Issue 14 also features a diverse selection of poems, including work by Stefi Weisburd, winner of the 2001 The Nation prize for poetry, William Virgil Davis, and William Greenway.
