"Grant, how well did I know you?" Liza waited anxiously for his answer. She couldn't remember Grant Latham - or anything else. She had been told that she'd had an accident; that there had been a fire; and that she had worked for Grant Latham - nothing else. Grant had said he felt indirectly responsible for her present condition. But Liza felt sure that he meant her amnesia - not the wild beating of her heart whenever he was near!
