Anxiety builds in world-class publicist Lita Gregory as she heads home to spend the Christmas holidays with her mother. In the four years since she’s left home, she’s been back all of four times. Now that a year has passed since her beloved father died, she’s wanted to go home even less. Lita barely has time to take part in their time-honored Christmas tradition – singing The Temptation’s “Silent Night” when she receives a major her mother’s new fiancé, David. She then runs into Eric Thomas, the man she was destined to marry after graduating college – before she found him in bed with another woman. Will she continue to dwell in the past?
