Earth Hour had always been heavily encouraged to save power, but it was never successful.With the introduction of the mandatory Power Down routine, the people had no choice but to embrace the lifestyle change. Living without power for an hour would be easy, so they thought, but something was wrong. When the main switches were flipped, the power did not return.The UK was left in darkness and other countries soon fell with the same problem and allowed the seeds of anarchy to grow.
