Vic Temple went to Paris to help his elder brother Bill on a top-secret O.S.S. mission. But Vic found Bill brutally murdered. The killer's trail led to the Russian zone of Vienna where Eva, Bill's lovely and perverse widow, pushed Vic headlong into the violence of international intrigue. Vic soon found out he was in a deadly game of kill or be killed - with a killer who gouged out his victims' eyes.
